Windermere Edmonton Real Estate

The Windermere Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has started to be less variable now that more and more homes have been built and sold in the area.  Since the beginning of 2011, the average selling price per square foot is tending to follow the Edmonton sold price per square foot fairly closely.  The average time to sell a home in Windermere in 2012 has been 49 days.  This is very close to the Edmonton days on market average of 52 days.  This is interesting as the average sale price in Windermere is much higher than the Edmonton average sale price.  Windermere sells for over $200,000 higher than Edmonton.  Normally the higher priced homes take longer to sell, but Windermere actually sells a little faster despite this.  This shows the popularity of this new southwest area steps to the river valley.  The highest sale price in Windermere in the first two months of 2012 was $1,186,000.  In 2011, the highest sale price for a home in Windermere was $1,400,000.
