Chambery Edmonton Real Estate

The Chambery Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has really languished in 2011 and now into 2012.  Chambery was selling closer to $250 per square foot or higher in 2010.  Part of the reason for Chambery selling closer to the $230 range has been a higher percentage of 2 story sales in 2011 and 2012.  These two story styles will drag down the sale price per square foot.  The highest sale price so far in 2012 in Chambery has been $562,500 and last year the highest sale price in Chambery was $660,000.  The average time to sell a home in Chambery has been 85 days in 2012.  This is also weaker than the Edmonton average of 52 days on market so far in 2012.
