Henderson Estates Edmonton Real Estate

The Henderson Estates Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot normally follows the Edmonton average fairly closely.  The last 2 quarters Henderson Estates has fallen off quite a bit, but that is only based on two sales in each quarter.  The sales were also of older early 1980's homes and that brought the average down too for Henderson Estates in those quarters.  I expect to see the average in Henderson to recover in the next quarter.  The highest sale price this year in Henderson Estates was only $440,000, in 2011 the highest sale price was substanitally higher at $1,075,000.  The average time to sell a home in Henderson Estates this year has been 98 days, which is weaker than the Edmonton average days on market so far in 2012 of 52 days.
