Bellevue Edmonton Real Estate

The Bellevue Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has now had 5 consecutive quarters above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  The general trendline for Bellevue has been up over the last 3 years.  Interestingly, the Bellevue average sale price per square foot was at it's weakest in the 4th quarter of 2010 and Highlands (the neighbourhood next door) had it's strongest sale price per square foot in the 4th quarter of 2010.  I would of thought that the two neighbourhoods would of followed each other's sale price per square foot closely not inversely.  Both of the neighbourhoods (Bellevue and Highlands) have a general trendline of up.  Bellevue has seen it's average sold price per square foot move from $269 to $291 over the last 3 years.  Highlands has also seen it's average selling price per square foot move higher from $250 to $286. The highest sale price for a home in Bellevue this year has been $575,000.  That is higher than the highest sale price in Bellevue last year of $533,000.  The average time to sell a home in Bellevue in 2012 has been 62 days.
