Jamieson Place / Hawkstone Real Estate

The Jamieson Place (also includes Hawkstone) real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to follow the Edmonton average selling price per square foot as we move into 2012.  Jamieson Place is a fairly diverse neighbourhood when it comes to price ranges.  There are older homes, starter homes on narrow lots and newer homes in Hawkstone.  This diversity tends to keep the selling price per square foot steady, much like the overall Edmonton average.  The highest sale price for a home in Jamieson Place in 2012 has been $376,200.  The average time to sell a home in Jamieson Place has been 47 days in 2012.  Again, very close to the Edmonton average of 49 days.  I expect this west end neighbourhood to continue to perform well, the schools are excellent and the access to the Henday freeway is now complete.
