Holyrood Edmonton Real Estate

The Holyrood real estate average sale price per square foot has recovered nicely since it dipped in the last quarter of 2010.  Holyrood's average selling price per square foot is now at $341, well over the $300 mark.  As I've mentioned before, the Holyrood area is a very strong market, close to the river valley and also Holyrood is positively impacted by bordering on the higher property values that are attained in Strathearn.  In fact, if you look at year to date average sale price per square foot, Holyrood is marginally  higher than Strathearn ($329 for Holyrood, $328 for Strathearn).  Strathearn does tend to outperform Holyrood, and I expect this to continue.  It is interesting though to see a bordering area such as Holyrood do so well.
