The Wild Rose Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has had a very weak start to 2012.  Wild Rose has not seen the average selling price per square foot exceed $233 for the last 3 quarters.  Wild Rose had pulled to within $16 per square foot of the Edmonton average in the 3rd quarter of 2011, but since then has slipped lower.  This is the opposite of what I would expect to see in this neighbourhood as Anthony Henday freeway has now made easier access to this area for commuting.  We will have to see how the rest of 2012 plays out for Wild Rose.  The highest sale price for a home in 2012 in Wild Rose has been $775,000.  The average sold price for a house in Wild Rose year to date has been $408,203.  The average time to sell in Wild Rose has been strong, the average is 37 days this year, that is 8 days faster than the Edmonton average days on market.
