The La Perle Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot in 2012 has recovered from the lows at the end of 2011.  La Perle hasn't seen it's average selling price per square foot for houses break above the Edmonton average since the last half of 2010.  In fact, the overall average sold price per square foot in La Perle has been on a general trendline lower since 2009.  I am not certain what has caused this weakening, as the area is quite popular with families, particularly first time buyers.  It will be interesting to see how the rest of 2012 plays out for La Perle.  The highest sale price for a home in La Perle in 2012 has been $455,000.  The average time to sell a house in La Perle in 2012 has been 50 days.  That is very close to the Edmonton average days on market year to date of 45.
