The Crestwood Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has jumped above $400 again this quarter.  Crestwood did have it's weakest quarter in the last 3 years at the end of 2011, but that is in the distant past now with the recent jump higher.  There were 2 sales of homes in East Crestwood that definitely helped pull the average up this quarter.  And for balance there was a home that sold on 149 street too, but that lower priced sale did not lower the average much at all.  The highest sale price for a home in Crestwood this year has been $1,310,000.  The average time to sell a home in Crestwood has been 47 days this year.  That is a couple days longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 45 year to date.
