Fraser did have a weak end to 2011, the average sold price per square foot dipped down to $218 over that time.  Fraser has not had 3 consecutive quarters where it sells higher than the Edmonton average sale price per square foot.  So, it will be interesting to see if Fraser can maintain this level.  The highest sale price for a home in Fraser in 2012 has been $652,500.  The average time to sell a home in Fraser has been 56 days so far in 2012.  That is slower than the Edmonton average days on market this year of 45 days.
