The Lauderdale Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been volatile over the past few quarters.  The volatility is mainly due to the type of homes selling in Lauderdale.  There have been homes that were basically lot value, fixer uppers and a few basementless homes that sold recently in Lauderdale.  These types of homes really skew the average selling price per square foot lower.  Traditionally, Lauderdale floats just under the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  We will see in the coming months if this pattern reestablishes itself in Lauderdale.  The aveage time it took to sell a home in Lauderdale in 2012 has been the same as the Edmonton average days on market of 45 days.
