The Dechene Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has started to recover from the weak 4th quarter of 2011.  So far in 2012, Dechene has been moving closer to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot although it remains roughly $30 off the Edmonton average.  It remains to be seen if Dechene will make a move like it did in 2009, where Dechene wasn't far off the Edmonton average and actually exceeded the Edmonton average sale price per square foot one quarter.  The highest sale price for a house in Dechene year to date has been $455,000.  The average time to sell a home in Dechene has been 44 days in 2012, that is almost identical to the Edmonton average days on market of 45.
