Henderson Estates Riverbend Home Sale Prices

The Henderson Estates home sale price per square foot has been selling lower than the Edmonton average over the last year and a half.  Henderson Estates in old Riverbend was selling closer to the Edmonton average, sometimes Henderson Estates was exceeding the Edmonton selling price per square foot back in 2009 to most of 2011.  I do expect Henderson Estates to move higher, the area is a popular neighbourhood, and there have been a couple quarters where Henderson Estates did jump up closer to the Edmonton average in the last year or so.  The highest sale price for a house in Henderson Estates in the last 12 months was $780,000. The most affordable home in Henderson Estates sold for $440,000 in the same time frame.  In the last 3 months, the average time to sell a home in Henderson Estates was 102 days.  That is exactly twice the Edmonton average of 51 days.
