The York home sale price per square foot has continued to exceed the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  In fact, York has been really strong since the last half of 2012, York has been selling between $280 and $290 per square foot over the last few quarters.  2011 was the weakest year for York, the sold price per square foot spent most of the year under the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  The highest sale price for a house in York in the last 12 months was $375,000.  The average time to sell a house in York in 2013 has been a fast 22 days.  That is exactly half the Edmonton average days on market this year of 44 days.
