Bannerman Home Sale Prices

The Bannerman home sale price per square foot has moved up considerably in April May of 2013.  Historically Bannerman sells very closely to the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  So, I don't expect this rapid increase to continue in 2013, Bannerman will likely slip back to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot as we move forward.  The Bannerman neighbourhood does border the North Saskatchewan River valley and that does explain the consistentcy for prices in this area of Clareview.  The highest selling price for a house in Bannerman in the last 12 months has been $399,000.  The highest sale price for a home in the area of Clareview was $500,000 in the same time frame.  The average time to sell a home in Bannerman in 2013 has been 50 days, which is a little slower than the Clareview average days on market in 2013 of 44 days.
