Highlands Home Sale Prices

The Highlands home sale price per square foot continues to stay above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  Although, to begin 2013, the Highlands slipped $1 under the Edmonton sold price per square foot.  So far in April and May of 2013, the Highlands is returning to it's normal range of $20 to $30 over the Edmonton average.  The highest selling price for a house in the Highlands in the last 12 months was $752,500.  The average time to sell a home in the Highlands in 2013 has been 46 days.  That is a few days longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 42 days in 2013.
