The Hamptons Copperwood Edmonton real estate price per square foot is now selling at $240 in May of 2013.  After a couple weaker quarters, I expect the Hamptons to continue to sell in the $240 per square foot or higher range. Historically, the Hamptons doesn't sell under the $240 sold price per square foot for too long.  The highest sale price for a house in the Hamptons in 2013 has been $845,000. This home sold on Hodgins Road, that is an exception as the highest priced homes in the Hamptons normally are in Copperwood.  The average time to sell a home in the Hamptons in 2013 has been 46 days.
