Miller Home Sale Prices

The Miller home sale price per square foot continues to move with the Edmonton average selling price per square foot in 2013.  Miller rarely sells for $15 higher or lower than the Edmonton average.  Miller did have a really strong start to 2013, the sold price per square foot was $281, which is the highest level for the area in the last 4 years. Miller continues to be a popular neighbourhood, the proximity to the northeast end of the LRT (light rail transit) is a plus for access to downtown and the University of Alberta. The highest selling price for a home in Miller in 2013 was $417,500.  The average time to sell a home in Miller this year has been 46 days.  That is a few days longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 42 this year.
