Belle Rive Edmonton Home Sale Prices

The Belle Rive Edmonton home sale price per square foot has been softer going into June of 2013.  Belle Rive was selling above the Edmonton average sold price per square foot in the third quarter of 2012, but has since dipped under.  Traditionally Belle Rive sells fairly close to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot, and I expect that Belle Rive will rebound.  The highest sale price for a house in Belle Rive in 2013 has been $765,000.  The average time to sell a home in Belle Rive in 2013 has been 55 days, a little slower than the Edmonton average days on market of 42.
