Rio Terrace Home Sale Prices

The Rio Terrace Home sale price per square foot continues to sell higher than the Edmonton average selling price per square foot in June.  Rio Terrace has slipped under $300, but I expect it to bounce higher as the previous 4 quarters Rio Terrace sold over $300, and even approached the $400 per square foot level in the first quarter of 2013.  Rio Terrace remains a popular area with low crime and great access to the Whitemud Freeway and river valley trails.  Rio Terrace is also home to one of the few elementary schools in Edmonton that offer a German bilingual program.  The highest selling price for a home in Rio Terrace in 2013 was $598,000.  The average time to sell a house in Rio Terrace so far in 2013 has been 26 days.
