The Summerside Edmonton real estate average sale price for single family detached homes has moved up 12.5% in the last 2 years.  In May of 2013 Summerside homes are selling for $467,161.   The average days on market in May in Summerside has dropped to 39 days.  The Sale price to list price ratio, which shows how much the buyers are negotiating off of the list price, is sitting at 98.4% in May of 2013.  March was the highest sale price to list price ratio in Summerside, the area sold for 98.9% of list price in that month.
