The Hamptons Edmonton real estate average sale price for a single family detached house as of June is sitting at $492,191.  That is an increase of 19% from May of 2011.  The average selling price for Edmonton for a single family detached house is sitting at $421,344 as of the beginning of June.  The Edmonton average selling price for a home has moved up 8% since May of 2011.   The average sale price to list price ratio in The Hamptons in May of 2013 was 98%, that is up from the low of December 2012 where the sale price to list price ratio was 96.7%.  The sold price to list price ratio is a good indicator of how strong the market is, it shows how much the buyers are able to negotiate off of the list price.
