The Kensington real estate sale price per square foot has jumped up in June of 2013 to $298.  Since bottoming in the 4th quarter of 2010, Kensington has moved up 21% on a per square foot basis.  The Kensington area is kitty corner to the redeveloped Griesbach neighbourhood, I believe the proximity to Griesbach has definitely helped Kensington's values.  The highest selling price for a home in Kensington so far in 2013 has been $490,000.  The average time to sell a house in Kensington in 2013 has been 30 days.  That is faster than the Edmonton average days on market so far in 2013 of 41 days.
