Satoo Millwoods Home Sale Prices

The Satoo Millwoods home sale price per square foot had a strong finish to 2012, but so far in 2013 has been fading a little.  In June of 2013, Satoo is selling for $257 per square foot.  Although, that is still a strong recovery from the low of $215 per square foot Satoo was selling for at the end of 2011.  The Satoo neighbourhood traditionally sells just under the Edmonton average selling price per square foot, so I expect Satoo to finish stronger as 2013 moves on.  The highest sale price for a home in Satoo in 2013 has been $440,000.  The average time to sell a house in Satoo has been fast in 2013, the average is 24 days.  That is much faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 41 in 2013.
