Schonsee Real Estate Sale Prices

The Schonsee Real Estate sale price per square foot has started to move higher in 2013, after a long slide that bottomed out in the third quarter of 2012.  Schonsee started the year selling for $244 per square foot, and I expect Schonsee should regain the $230 plus per square foot range as we move further into 2013.  The highest selling price for a home in Schonsee in 2013 has been $630,000.  The average time to sell a house in Schonsee year to date has been 39 days, that is a couple days faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 41.
