Malmo Plains Real Estate Sale Prices

The Malmo Plains real estate sale price per square foot has been steadily increasing since 2011.  The July number for Malmo Plains has dropped, but that is only based on one sale and I wouldn't put too much weight into it.  Malmo Plains has been steadily selling above $300 per square foot, and I expect that that trend will continue as we move further into 2013.  The Malmo area is very popular, the average time to sell a home in Malmo Plains in 2013 has been a very quick 15 days.  The Edmonton average days on market is much higher at 43 days this year.  The highest selling price for a home in Malmo Plains in 2013 has been $575,000.
