The Queen Mary Park home sale price per square foot has moved up to $228 in September.  Queen Mary Park continues to recover from a couple years ago where it was selling below $200.  The area has been improving, and prices of homes closer to the Edmonton Municipal Airport redevelopment land have been stronger.  The highest selling price for a home in Queen Mary Park in 2013 has been $449,000.  The average time to sell a home in Queen Mary Park over the last 90 days has been quicker at 31 days.  That is 10 days faster than the Edmonton average days on market.
