Tamarack Edmonton Home Sales

The Tamarack Edmonton home sale price per square foot has moved up to $241 in September. Tamarack has gradually been improving from the weak quarter it ended 2011 with.  It remains to be seen if Tamarack can improve back to levels it saw in 2010 where it was only selling within $10 of the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  The area does have quite a few two story style homes that tend to drag the sale price per square foot lower than a bungalow style would.  The highest sale price for a home in Tamarack so far in 2013 has been $565,000.  The average time to sell a house in Tamarack over the last 90 days has been 30 days.  This is faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 42.
