The Donsdale Home sale price per square foot is currently at $297 in September.  Donsdale is continuing the pattern of bouncing up from the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  If this pattern continues, Donsdale should bounce higher to finish 2013.  The highest sale price for a home in Donsdale in 2013 has been $1,740,000.  The average time to sell a house in Donsdale over the last 90 days has been 75 days.  The Edmonton average days on market for the same time period is 42.  Not too surprising that the average days on market is longer in Dosdale as the average sale price for a home recently has been approaching $800,000 or roughly double the Edmonton average house price.
