Summerside Home Sales

The Summerside Home sale price per square foot has slipped to $247 in September.  The highest Summerside has sold per square foot has been $252 over the last 5 years.  Summerside has recovered from the weaker price per square foot of early 2012 though.  The highest selling price for a home in Summerside in 2013 has been $915,000.  The average time to sell a house in Summerside over the previous 90 days has been 51 days.  That is longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 43.
