Cumberland normally sells in this range just below the Edmonton average.  There have been a couple quarters where Cumberland exceeded the Edmonton sold price per square foot, but that situation is not as common.  The 127 street interchange with access to Henday Freeway has definitely helped lessen the traffic in the area.   The highest sale price for a home in Cumberland in 2013 has been $555,000.  The average time to sell a house in Cumberland over the previous 90 days has been 46 days, just a couple days longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 43.
