The Rosslyn Edmonton MLS® Home Sale price per square foot has dipped to $231 in October.  As has been mentioned in other posts, Rosslyn does have a higher percentage of basementless bungalows than the Edmonton average.  Those home sales tend to skew the average selling price per square foot lower.  Roughly 20% of the homes sold in 2013 in Rosslyn have been basementless.  The highest sale price for a home in Rosslyn year to date has been $350,200.  The average time to sell a house in Rosslyn over the previous 90 days has been 31 days.  That is faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 43.
