Most of the neighbourhoods continue to be on the south side (13 out of the 20 are neighbourhoods on the south side of the North Saskatchewan river). Central MacDougall continues to sell briskly, and it is a central Edmonton area that traditionally has been more affordable. As has been mentioned before, the downtown hockey arena is likely helping this market. Only one west end neighbourhood made the list and that was West Jasper Place, a neighbourhood popular for infills with the large lots that are predominate in the area.
