Oxford Home Selling Prices

The average selling price for a home in the northwest neighbourhood of Oxford finished off last year at $457,661. That is a drop lower from the 2014 average selling price of $464,896.  The average time it took to sell a home in Oxford in 2015 was 51 days, a few days longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 47 for 2015.  In the Oxford Duplex / Rowhouse market, the average selling price last year finished at $346,100 with an average time to sell an Oxford duplex of 32 days.
