Hazeldean House Selling Prices in Mill Creek Ravine area

The average sale price for a home in Hazeldean has slipped in 2016 to $385,401.  That is off roughly $35,000 from the 2015 average selling price in Hazeldean.  Last year there was a higher priced home that sold in Hazeldean and skewed the average higher, the median selling price in Hazeldean (takes the extreme low and high sales out) was $397,500 last year.  So prices have still slipped from 2015, just not to the extent that the average shows.  The average time it takes to sell a home in Hazeldean in 2016 has been 51 days, basically the same as the Edmonton average days on market this year of 49.
