Henderson Estates Riverbend House Selling Prices

The average sale price for a home in the Riverbend neighbourhood of Henderson Estates has been flat at $616,050 in 2016.  That is roughly the same as last year, but off quite a bit from 2014 and 2013.  The explanation for this drop in average selling price is due to the smaller number of homes that sell In Henderson each year. Often 8 or 9 sell in the neighbourhood which is a pretty small sample size and can cause the average sold price to fluctuate.  The average time it takes to sell a home in Henderson Estates this year has been 75 days, which is longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 49 this year.
