High Park House Selling Prices in West Edmonton

The average selling price for a home in High Park has slipped to $303,925.  That is a big drop from 2015, in that year the High Park neighbourhood managed to have an average sold price of $343,558.  However, the average was skewed higher in 2015 due to the sale of a large 2000 square foot newer home that sold for much higher than the average sale price of the area.  Looking back to 2013, High Park has now consistently been averaging over $300,000 for a sale price.  The average time it takes to sell a house in High Park this year has been 34 days.  That is a couple weeks faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 49 days this year.
