Ottewell Edmonton Real Estate

The Ottewell Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to stay higher than the overall Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  Ottewell has managed to stay in the $270 to $290  per square foot range for all of 2011.  Interestingly, the 2nd quarter of 2009 and 2011 were both weaker quarters for Ottewell, where Ottewell almost dipped below the Edmonton selling price per square foot.  The highest sale price for a house in Ottewell since October 1st was $487,500.  The average time to sell a home in Ottewell in this time span was 56 days.  This is just a little bit slower than the Edmonton average of 52 days for the time period back to October 1.
