Montrose Edmonton Real Estate

The Montrose Edmonton average sale price per square foot has really fallen in the last quarter of 2011.  The average sold price per square foot in Montrose plunged from $268 to $196.  This is something to watch, as that is a dramatic fall and there were 11 sales, so it is not likely due to a smaller sample size skewing the data.  There also was a home that sold for $355,000 this quarter in Montrose, that is quite a bit higher than the average sale price of $216,818.  The average time to sell in Montrose was longer than the Edmonton days on market.  In Montrose it was 68 days versus 54 days in Edmonton.
