The Forest Heights Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been falling the last 2 quarters. Forest Heights is staying higher than the Edmonton average selling price per square foot but the gap between the two averages is narrowing. I do expect the average to turn up again in Forest Heights, a south side area that is bordered by the river, downtown views and easy access to downtown dictates that it naturally should appreciate. Forest Heights did have a home sell as high as $665,000 this last quarter, that wasn't the highest price realized in 2011 though. Forest Heights had a home sell for $847,500 this past year, this home was located on Rowland Road. The average time to sell was 48 days, that is just a touch lower than the Edmonton average days on market this last quarter of 54 days.
