The Calder Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been fairly steady the last 2 quarters.  Calder has recovered from the lows of the last quarter of 2010 and is now averaging in the $215/sq ft range over the last 2 quarters.  The low average selling price per square foot in the first quarter of 2011 was due to a large home that sold and brought the average per square foot down.  The average time to sell a home in Calder this past quarter was 36 days, which is quite a bit faster than the Edmonton average of 54 days.  The highest sale price this last quarter of 2011 in Calder was $281,000.  This was nowhere near the high for the year of 2011 in Calder, that was a home that sold for $450,000.
