The Holyrood Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to maintain roughly a $50/sq ft spread higher over the Edmonton average Holyrood did follow Edmonton's lead and the selling price per square foot slipped lower off the 3rd quarter numbers this last quarter of 2011.Holyrood has not reached the $350/sq ft number it attained in the beginning of 2010, but Holyrood has maintained a consistent $300/sq ft average the last 3 quarters of 2011.
