Rhatigan Ridge Edmonton Real Estate

The Rhatigan Ridge Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot dropped off in the last quarter of 2011.  Rhatigan Ridge saw it's average selling price per square foot dip to $234/sq ft, this is still higher than the numbers during the Financial Crisis in early 2009.   The overall average for 2011 for Rhatigan Ridge is in the high $240/ square foot range.  I expect to see the average sold price per square foot to bounce back in this popular Riverbend neighbourhood.  The average time to sell a home in Rhatigan Ridge this past quarter was 93 days, quite a bit longer than the Edmonton average of 54 days.  The highest sale price in 2011 for a home in Rhatigan Ridge was $820,000.
