Britannia Youngstown Edmonton Real Estate

The Britannia Youngstown Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot had a really strong 2011 until the last quarter of 2011.  Britannia Youngstown has seen has seen average selling price per square foot numbers over $280 and even over $300/square foot this past year.  It will be interesting to see if this continues as traditionally Britannia Youngstown tends to be closer to the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  The average time to sell a home in Britannia this last quarter of 2011 was 57 days, just a couple days higher than the Edmonton average days on market of 54.  The highest sale price in Britannia in 2011 was $370,000.
