The Mayfield Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot continues to be higher than the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  This is impressive for Mayfield considering that roughly a third of the sales in 2011 were of homes that did not have a full basement.  Homes without basements tend to sell for tens of thousands of dollars less than traditional homes with basements.  The average time to sell a home in Mayfield this past quarter was 39 days, this is faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 54.  The highest sale price this last quarter in Mayfield was $299,000, and the highest sale price for the year of 2011 in Mayfield was $341,500.
