Minchau Edmonton Real Estate

The Minchau Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot fell in the last quarter of 2011.  That is a little misleading as this past quarter only had 2 sales in Minchau.  Plus one of the homes was a large two story and they tend to sell lower on a per square foot basis.  The Minchau market tends to follow the Edmonton average sold price per square foot and I expect that MInchau will rebound to the Edmonton average in 2012.  The average time to sell a home in Minchau last quarter was 31 days, much faster than the Edmonon average days on market of 54 days.  The highest sale price in Minchau last quarter was $335,000.  The highest sale price for 2011 in Minchau was $385,000.
