Schonsee Edmonton Real Estate

The Schonsee Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has finally started to recover in 2012 after drifting lower the last few years.  Schonsee's average selling price per square foot is still under the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  Schonsee is now up in the $240 range off of the $220's it was stuck in for most of 2011.  The average time to sell a home in Schonsee in 2012 has been 43 days, which is also stronger than the Edmonton average of 55 days so far in 2012.  The highest sale price in Schonsee last year was $690,000, and encouragingly there has already been a sale of $680,000 in the first month and a half of 2012.
