Visit here for all Belvedere Homes for sale in Northeast Edmonton.  Belvedere is like many other neighbourhoods in Edmonton, originally a city on to itself.  Prior to 1910, Belvedere was a separate community designed to be an industrial / business area with the only residents being the employees and their families.  In 1910, Belvedere was amalgamated into Edmonton.   Notable landmarks in the neighbourhood include the Transit Hotel and the Century Casino.  Beginning in the early 2000's, the city of Edmonton has undergone revitalization in the area and knocked down some of the older run down commercial buildings along Fort Road.  The Fort Road Business District is part of this revitalization.  There is a school in the neighbourhood, and that is Belvedere Elementary and there is also a daycare along 66 street and 139 avenue called St Francis child care. 

The most common style of residential is single family detached homes, and they make up 55% of the sold properties over the last several years.  The condo market encompasses 40% of the residential market that has sold. The remainder of the residential market, or 5% includes duplexes and rowhouses. The condos in the neighbourhood include: Belvedere Place, Winston Arms, Chelsea Park, Hollyburn Towers, The Bonavista, Holland Gardens and Burlington Tower.
