The Cumberland neighbourhood in northwest Edmonton is built around a man made lake. A popular area within the neighbourhood is The Signature Pointe area which features large homes with walkout lots backing onto the lake. The area is also known as the developer's name for it, Skyview. Located in the northwest area of the city, the main access to is off of 127th Street to the east.
