The Griesbach neighbourhood sits on the old CFB Edmonton land north of 137 avenue in the north central area of Edmonton.  The majority of the homes have been built in the 2000's, however some of the homes were refurbished PMQ's.  The area is quite popular and is centrally located with easy access to downtown.  The homes are much newer than the surrounding neighbourhoods of Kensington (predominantly 1950's and 1960's built homes) and Castledowns (1970's built)
